Terms and Conditions: Winter Reservations - Holiday Season (Christmas/New Year) Deposit Policy: A 1 (one) night lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation. The final payment is due November 1st. Final balance will be charged to same credit card given for deposit unless Vail Racquet Club is notified otherwise. Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is cancelled prior to November 1st, all money collected will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled on or after November 1st. Holiday Season reservations made after November 1st require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable. If reservations are cancelled between time of booking and 30 days prior all funds will be refunded less a $100. cancel fee. Holiday Reservations cancelled after November 1st are non-refundable.
